Hi Mark,

Great effort getting on here to discuss Nuenco.

I have a couple of questions:

1) Why have investors never seen an exact map of NEO's land holdings in California? It would be great if you would provide one showing leased acres and option acres.

2) When NEO raised the most recent funds it stated they would be drilling 2 wells in California. Why have these not progressed? How do you plan to ever drill these wells given all NEO's cash reserves will be put into Bullseye?

3) We heard the official lines about why Kain's left. Could you in plain english tell investors the exact reasons eg performance, not being able to close deals?

4) When GGP eventually gets bought out will Steve Graves and crew move across to NEO and use it as their next growth vehicle?
