Agree our UMC management need to put something out very quickly as we are all guessing whats next for the company and then some are selling out due to lack of confidence in price holding. someone is buying up and in so we still have very large top 20 as they say. my theory is hang in there for whatever happens will justify a couple of years extra wage growth for nothing less GCT where applicable. In bungy's case a guaranteed retirement. all worth the pain still
