Oh dear, the price is artificially low???? Noooo, its a result of the companies inability to produce revenue after listing 3 years ago. Its low because of mismanagement throughout all these years and a plethora of exits from the board in that duration.
Its low because the nature of the product and the inability to negotiate a favourable contract that does nothing but place the onus and the responsibility on the customer to have the future of the company and indeed shareholders in their hands, not ours.
Its low because people don't want to buy it.
Its low because even shareholders don't want to commit more money, as shown by the 2/3 only take up on the options placement.
Its low because the company needs to utilise CN holders to even function.
Its low because the CEO is selling into the market to pay staff.
I could go on listing with many more reason, but hey, you get me, right?
