i'll re-iterate this one in context of a potential TV2 B2B client.
(Question. Is strategic partnering, the buying of TV2 stock, a valuable measure of commitment ?)
Question to prospective partner, "to demonstrate your commitment, and not wasting our time, we require you to participate in on market buying of TV2 stock, so that you are equally invested in our business as a cornerstone investor. - yes or no. If yes, proceed. If No, tyre kicker, bugger off. Next !!"
Now, how many of our past b2b clients could we have kicked to the curb, and moved on to others with more significant commitment to put their money where their mouth is if we had applied this filter?
In business you cant pander to the tyre kickers. You need to come up with a direct filter of commitment, that creates support for TV2 in the market place at the same time. We dont want those who are enthusiastic today, and luke warm wishy washy lethargic tomorrow, or restrained. If they cant do something as simple as this, or then they cant make other political decisions through red tape, then find those who can.
