The following is a consolidated list of questions provided by Shareholders, potential investors, observers who are members of the Hotcopper forum.

In regards to OBJ which method and with what frequency would the board propose to provide more regular communication with stock holders?"

Did management know at any point whether the initial launch of the magnetic wand was a soft launch, if yes then why was this not communicated to the market immediately and with clear intent that is was only ever a soft launch and to test the waters?

Bodyguard question - If we do form a partnership with the likes of P&G or a similar organisation, what role will that company play? What aspects of bodyguard's commercialisation will they be involved in?

Will we receive any further updates on the OBJ/GSK toothbrush initiative?

When does the "Multi category multi product with one of the world's largest FMCG companies" come to fruition for the other 6 products that we have signed?

Does OBJ have a binding agreement for PG to review the results of the bodyguard trial or this is all discussed verbally?

Whatever happened to the other major partners namely "Steifel", "Novartis" and "Pfizer" and do we have a binding agreement for anything with these partners ? What projects are being worked on with these so called "major" partners?

How have the other interested parties expressed their interest in similar products but targeting different areas i.e. elbow, shoulder, ankle, knuckles (arthritis) Will there be similar trials for those body joints or can these knee Bodyguard results be extrapolated (as they are most load bearing) to these other joints?

Why did Management sell / dump shares just prior to the last 12 months 50% loss of SP.... Did they expect the SP to go down, and why not address the problem???

Has the transdermal drug delivery concept still got legs or are we going to play in the neutraceutical /cosmetic arena?

A claim was allegedly made that Bodyguard could turn back the clock 8 years. How did you come to be able to make such a statement, is there evidence / data that can be provided?

Has a manufacturing plant been found that can manufacture Bodyguard and if so has production started and who will distribute/market it?

According to last year’s AGM notice (Annexure E) under selected valuation methodology. It is a requirement of management to assess the likelihood of each performance targets being achieved at each reporting period? Why is this not occurring?

Assuming a reporting period is at least yearly, can you advise what are the 3 milestone likelihoods?

In relation to the SKII launch. It has been stated that the launch was a "soft launch" - I have no issue with how OBJ/P&G decide on these strategies. What concerns me is that if from the outset it was a soft launch and the directors were the only people privy to this information it is not a good look for directors to be selling shares.

Why hasn’t there been a substantial holding update?

A few more for consideration.

1. Will OBJ go it alone with bodygaurd?
2. Why the need for the recent CR? This seems to indicate incoming funds are a considerable way off and as such OBJ must have completed financial projections to justify the CR. Will OBJ provide projections to shareholders?
