- Ask him what these people do in a typical month as they appear to be faceless to shareholders and yet their titles suggest they should be out there? It is surprising shareholders don't come across references to what they are doing.

Their titles suggest that there should be plenty of opportunities being generated by them.

- Ask him what his major shareholders (Hunter Hall and East Hill) think of the long term stagnating SP and ask him whether East Hill are getting more involved as it looks like they are accumulating. Are they regularly in touch with him?

- Don't get caught up in a "we are victims of the state of the market debate" - if he wants to go down that path and blame or compare, ask him why another Aussie Biotech, Mesoblast is flying high, despite being years away from commercialisation? Surely, their management have a lot to do with their SP.

- If he still wants to blame the state of the market, then the company has the benefit of $230m+ guaranteed funding to cover Phase III trials of LANI. This totally derisks LANI. Therefore, are there any big pharmas interested in licensing LANI? If so, surely they would be prepared to stump up $230m+ plus a fair royalty (say 12%) for Rest of World. Management should be doing a lot to take advantage of this derisk in the eyes of the market.

- Ask him if he anticipates a capital raising between now and LANI comes to market.

- Ask him whether we will see any exciting announcements on any of the other pipeline drugs and whether Piper Jaffray are actively looking at funding opportunities around the pipeline?

- Ask him whether he believes that shareholders have a right to be disenchanted considering the opportunities available to Biota?
