If Phylogica's FPPs allow delivery of therapeutic cargoes i.e., enzymes, peptides/proteins, scaffolds, immunotoxins, antibodies, Oligos etc.. into specific cell types (kidney, blood, breast, bone, dentric cells, liver, muscle etc), then this experiment could potentially have a significant positive implication for the melanoma cancer vaccine project you are progressing, as the company have now shown, that not only are you able to deliver the therapeutic cargo, in this case, the enzyme, into the cytoplasm, but more importantly, directly into the kidney cell's nucleus. Hope I'm on the right track.
