    Hi Neil
    My question relates to the issue of quarterly shares to Craig Cochran (1.25M) and Gareth Ball (1M). I'm aware the shares are subject to escrow, and held by MCL.
    Q1. Will these shares be issued on market as from the next quarter, Q1 July to Sep 2018? (Subject to approvals etc)
    Q2. Will these share be issued at the beginning or end of each quarter?
