Hi @Neil1959 ... Firstly congratulations on the position and kudos to you for doing something you love and believe in. It's great to see you have such faith in the company to take this role!

I do have a legitimate question which I hope you can clear up. There has been some contentions about the online order numbering. Could you and management confirm, the peoples order numbers indeed started at order #1 and sequentially increased by increments of 1, for each new order? Or are the order numbers random and dont follow a patern?
