you're misunderstanding me, I don't think Laz and Pete's 100M shares have an effect on the SP.
I think the overall deal they got into with BoA has some effect. Keeping them on as advisors is like a double edged sword, yeh they get 400M, but between them and other insto's, Zip's sp becomes their sex toy to play with.
What I think is happening is that Larry trusted them, I think they promised him they'll control the volatility of the SP but are doing the opposite, now he's stuck....
Larry is a former investment banker... he doesn't want to get on their bad side so he's trying not to rock the boat.
I will change my opinion if we get some meaningful partnership announcements in the next couples of weeks. Sorry too many scotches
