Just one question from last time you might have missed.

Why couldn't J.P Morgan find and off market buyer for a strategic stake in PLV ?

I would have thought seeing that timeone were happy to pay 35.5c for a 30% stake that there should have been plenty of other suitors that would have paid more than they are getting by dumping on market ?

I use CDU as a comparison with their 3 cornerstone investors as an example as I know you are familiar with that company
