With less than two weeks to go before the PuriflOH AGM in South Melbourne on November 22, I’ve been thinking about possible questions.

Here are 20+ random questions that may elicit useful information about where our company is and where it’s headed in the next year or so:

    1. Why hasn’t an Air Purification OEM licensing agreement been announced given a timeline in last November’s Presentation indicated it would be finalized in Q2 2019?

    2. Has any OEM terminated interest after conducting DD on the FRG? If so, why?

    3. When does the board now expect to announce its first OEM deal?

    4. Which indication will the deal relate to – air, water or medical sterilization?

    5. Is “Stryker hero” Jim Heath still heading development of the FRG for medical surface and instrument sterilization? What are his main achievements?

    6. Will the FRG tech require clinical trials ahead of FDA approval? What’s the timeline?

    7. When does the board expect first sales in:

    . Air Purifcation?
    . Water Treatment”
    . Medical Sterlization?

    8. Why is the only female on the board, Lucia Cade, resigning after 18 months? Are there plans for another female director?

    9. Is the board considering merging PuriflOH and Somnio Global? If not, why not?

    10. Does the board plan a capital raising within the next 12 months? If not, what options are there to improve stock liquidity?

    11. How many shares have been traded in the US following OTC listing on October 24?

    12. Does the board plan to commission PAL $RILY/B. Reilly Financial to produce a research report on PO3?

    13. Does the board expect that Beer & Co will produce an updated research report within the next six months?

    14. Is the board likely to introduce a new “strategic investor” in the current year? Australia-based or US-based?

    15. What’s the latest news re TB trials in India?

    16. When does PuriflOH expect to receive orders for air purifying and pool cleansing equipment for the 5 star Melbourne hotel project being run by Dilato Investments?

    17. Does the board intend to market pool equipment to >38 local councils participating in the Sustainable Australia Fund/Bank Australia financing system?

    18. Will the board be negotiating with Somnio Global to widen the FRG licensing agreement to indications such as agriculture and food storage?

    19. Given recent improvements, is the board planning a new independent laboratory analysis and report on the FRG’s performance against key competitors?

    20. Will the board ensure that an operations update accompanies every quarterly Appendix C?

The upcoming AGM will be the last chaired by Steve Morris.

At last year’s meeting Steve Morris and NED Simon Lill were generous in fielding many questions from an inquisitive audience of holders and analysts.

So were their colleagues Steve Annear and Prof Pravansu Mohanty on the line from Somnio Global HQ in Novi, MI.

I’d expect they’ll be similarly helpful on November 22.
