Now that we're little more than a week out from the PuriflOH AGM...

Now that we're little more than a week out from the PuriflOH AGM to be held on Friday Nov 22 in South Melbourne, the question arises as to whether there will be a pre-AGM announcement.

On November 29 last year - the day before the 2018 AGM - PO3 ED Steve Annear told the market that affiliate Somnio Global would be conducting FRG/TB trials in India.

At the bottom of the announcement was this:

"PO3 notes that Dr Mohanty from Somnio Global, together with Mr Steve Annear, will be connecting to the Company’s AGM scheduled for 10.00 am AEDT on Friday, 30 November and will be available to answer any questions regarding the FRG technology and the planned trials.

"Interested parties may join the meeting via phone at 03 8672 0180, utilising access code 496368."

Since it's unlikely that all directors will be attending next week's AGM - and since there will be lot's of shareholder interest and questions - it would seem logical for PO3 to run another phone hookup to Somnio HQ in Novi MI.

To do this PO3 would need to make an announcement ahead of the meeting.
