questions for the agm next friday 27th.

As I'm not in Perth and unable to attend, I thought I'd start the ball rolling on a list of questions that perhaps those wqho are attending might be so kind as to ask on my behalf, if deemed appropriate!

1. When is the TSX listing? (no surprise there)
2. When will the next resource numbers for Sissingue be released? Does managemenbt still consider that Tengrela might ultimately be larger than Ayanfuri?
3. Why have the new directors been given such generous option packages? What do they bring to the table to warrant such largesse?
4. What is the status of the debt financing for Ayanfuri with the banks (end Nov '09)?
5. Will a further equity raising be required to complete the funding?
6. The recent grant of the lump sum contract for the Ayanfuri mill/plant suggested a possible Q1 2011 completion - is this still realistic?
7. As per the Sept. qtrly report: "The award
provides for fine tuning of the capital costs before project documentation signing, at which stage the
quantum of the potential saving to the DFS estimate can be advised." When?
8. When will we likely see a further reserve number for Ayanfuri and will the DFS opex numbers be rejigged (lowered) as a result?
9. Where does PRU management see the gold price in the medium term?
10. Has management had any serious merger/takeover/JV discussions?
