possible questions 1. Is the CEO overpayed on a $400k plus salary from a company with minimal progress in the last 5 years and very little revenue
2. how does the new chairman justify a almost $500k package - 4 million free shares + chairmans fees plus 1 million options as a non executive chairman.
3. what new business opportunities has he opened if any to justify this massive amount for a small company
4. how does the board justify a substainal lift in directors fees in a time of no apparent sales progress as yet with minimal revenues
5. based on progress and sales to this date do the board believe they deserve a 1 million shares option package for all directors or should all the above have waited until after the promised substainal revenue growth that has never eventuated happens. perhaps then rewards will be more deserved.
