questions for the agm

I was going to attend the AGM,now I have to go to a funeral on friday (I hope the AGM is more positive than a funeral)!!
Is there anybody on this forum going to the AGM?

How much money did it cost to walk away from FLSmidth?

Any names for project partners?

Why the share price sell down ,were some of the fund manergers not happy?
