Would rather see rumuneration being performance based against a benchmark - something the shareholders association has been plugging for.

In all too big an increase for what has been achieved over the last three years.

Will see what the Chairman proposes the real figure is for FY11/12 before deciding which way to vote,

Definitely voting no to resolution 7.

If they cannot figure out funding needs once every 12 months, does not say much for the board.

If they need to raise more capital in less than a twelve month period, them let the shareholders decide if it is warranted.
