In relation to the takeover talk, my understanding was that unless the market cap reached a certain agreed level, TIS could not be taken over without QUT terminating its licence. In other words, there is a takleover protection mechanism that prevents a takeover below an agreed level. The agreed level, as far as I am aware, has never been disclosed.
