and yes soundsystem, my gut feeling is that no final agreement has been signed. That is also I suspect what the market picked up with the lack of detail, hence another reason for the sell-off. It was obviously a rushed job and they were hoping to fool the market into thinking that they had something more than they had. The market was not fooled and did not take kindly to the approach.
