Assuming there is a commercialisation deal before the AGM, my question is: now that TIS is soon to be generating significant revenue, will the Board and management be more transparent with shareholders by providing more regular updates on the company's position in the form of investor newsletters, blogs and/or investor conference calls?

In the event that there is no commercialisation deal before the AGM and/or there is an announcement of a further delay, my questions are: is the Board aware that many shareholders have made significant investments on the faith of various promises and representations made by the Board and management about the significant potential of this product and the imminence of a commercial deal? If so, is there any reason now why the directors should not now resign forthwith or at least request the immediate resignation of the CEO?
