I think you misread my post, I was saying that the $61.5M attributed to creditors was the same as the expenses forecast in the quarterly for the next quarter. That is money set asside in advance to contractors to pay for the upcoming quarter. This makes perfect sense, given their is a similar amount in the books each financial report, and in each quarterly forecast. It is listed under current liability because it is to be paid out in the following quarter for the following quarters work.
