Yes it would be interesting to have some open answers to some open questions such as

10/Why DID NOT FML convert CRE loans when the 5 day vwap would have allowed them to obtain approx 90% holding in CRE for no cash cost and likely force compulsory takeover,just prior to the de-listing of CRE and in doing so reduce Stones interest either way to below 10% thus diminishing its then current strategic and future value while increasing shareholders?

Possibly the honest answer was,IMHO FML were having a snuggle fest with Stone interests and didn't want to upset them.IMHO Fools.
