I was thinking the same after I posted, there is probably little difference, anyone who directs is at the behest of the controlling interest. Derham strikes me as a shoot first ask questions later person with regard to the disatisfaction with the SP; maybe (s)he is right to think that way. To my mind it is largely irrelevant what happens with the board if a controlling interest is gained; what only matters after that is the wishes of that interest; we can scream all we want but we cant touch the steering wheel. Now if the SG deal falls through; then it all matters very much who is in charge & what thir direction is; & to that extent the viewpoints expresses for fresh faces have validity.
