"Shandong Gold plans to sell shares in a unit comprised of acquired assets and list the unit in Hong Kong or Australia as part of its three-year plan"


doesn't this tell a story, looks like our big cash injection is going to be used for aquisitions rather than eploration and cost cutting initiatives. Look forward to a supressed share price for atleast three years until Shamdong have implemented their 3year plan.


Then what happens? do they de-list focus, ply it with debt and re-list a combined group on either of the above exchanges? .


Or do they list their 51% in with other aquired assets? because then although we still retain shares in an ASX listed focus, we do get new substantial owners who may not share Shandong's vision of keeping an independant board....


You see this is the fundamental problem with this deal, we no longer have any control over what happens to OUR company. You can not sugar coat that fact.
