I totally agree giving away 51% of your company and hereby handing over controlling interest is the same as selling the farm.
Its a big NO NO NO and very obvious to me.
Was the board so weak that they could not have negotiated the deal the other way around at least??
I for one have never be able to understand the logic of giving away control of the company to gain .. what????
You do not gain , there is nothing left if you loose control of the company ,and certainly no gain.
Very poor decision making board and certainly NOT in the interest of long suffering shareholders.
Good luck to all, but do not get fooled by this deal.
