Myself and others have some questions that we like answered before or during at the AGM.

Column 1

1 Is there a reason why the latest Executive Director Options couldn't have waited so as to fall within the forthcoming Performance Rights Plan?

2 When can we expect a off-take agreement to be signed?

3 Is any more regional exploration likely this year?

4 Is Banco Votorantim still being considered to fund PB?

5 What is management doing to promote on market investment in AVB?

6 Considering a long history of missed milestone dates, how are management trying to rectify?

7 Is supplying any Brazilian smelters being considered?

8 Is a share consolidation being considered?

9 What is the current plan for funding PB?

10 When can we expect the last of the drilling results for PB?

11 Has AN been designed for a future expansion?

12 What is the expected first production date for PB all going well? 2019?

13 What is the maximum output for AN at the current size?

14 Has any budget been set aside for regional exploration in the next 12 months?

15 If the latest option deal is approved, will the old options be cancelled?

16 The last options were 12c, now the latest are 10c. Does this indicate that management believe that AVB is not performing as well as previously believed?

17 Has AVB got a 5 year plan? If so, can we see it?

Maybe just group them into a few Subheadings - just to make it all a bit more digestible.

EG

1) Finance & Capital Structure
2) Exploration & Development
3) Production & Offtake

Something of that nature.

Might also result in more comprehensive and wider-ranging answers ????

Just a thought.
