Surely that should be a part of his normal duties in a $350,000 pa job?
If they need to pay him nearly half a million dollars for consulting,what the hell is he doing in his role as a CEO to justify this salary further?
5.Why have so many previous executive team members and technical staff left the company specifically within a few years of operation?
6.What did TV2 get at the RTO in exchange for Nicks roughly 400,000,000 shares stake?
Exclusive license rights and Nicks expertise?

Somebody or a group should stand up and represent the shareholders and ask 50 or so questions we narrow down to throughout the 1 hour during and after the meeting.
