I asked that question during Sam's Meet the CEO presentation in May. You can watch Sam respond to the question at the 44min mark of the video. Sam indicated that the costs had been factored into the Bankable Feasibility Study and that, prior to funding, Sunrise have been working with local councils and roads authorities to scope the work needed.
