Did Ross Macdonald or Killian Kelly become eligible for a cash bonus upon the announcement of the MEND trial being ready for recruiting despite that no-one was recruited? If that trial never recruits a single patient - and so turns out to be an expense without revenue (a waste of time and effort) - will there be any penalty (or return of any cash bonus)?
Generally what can the board tell shareholders about cash bonuses for achieving objectives so that shareholders can see if the right KPIs are being put in place?
