Error 1 - Buying up small and pointless companies while funds are limited - greatly adding to the urgency of more fund raises
Error 2 - Annihilating the SP with crazy fund raising schemes (especially the dreaded Con Note)
Error 3 - Paying yourselves generously despite no revenue - demonstrating a total lack of care and consideration of the situation

Michael Clarke, through his service company Malvern Corporation, receives $150k per annum. Can the BoD shed any light on what services Mr. Clarke provides and will the BoD be renewing his contract?
If they are not seeking to renew his contract then why?
