I particularly like your question 1 and would add to that and rather than have a 20% discount now when the price rises to 5c toy can have your lost wages back in shares (which means less dilution, KPIs and skin in the game).
I personally think the question to ask is:
1. When do we expect to be cash flow positive and will this be the final CR.
