11. Why were 65 mil performance shares gifted to the operator of the aztam site for sucessful completion of the well before drilling and testing was completed? Why were the shares not put in escrow?

12. Is Testing currently halted indefinitely? Why?

13. Why was it stated the 2mil loan plus fees and interest could be paid back at any time within the year period and then tranches started getting paid at low share prices?

15. Are ways at lowering corporate overheads being investigated? As yearly current 'administration' costs are ~33% of the market cap (Going of last quarters forward looking spending)
