Surely this communication process is critical. The deal means a far less dilution if the share price keeps up and gets even better if it climbs. So management for the first time have a major incentive to keep up the communication. I worked for a listed company who talked about its "sex appeal" and as part of that they believed that constant communication kept their share more fairly valued than most.
I think that should be a serious question. Whilst not wanting to detract from the great deal its still a tranche based loan and that to be fair communication and keeping a high profile should keep the share fairly valued and not let it just drift lower as these speculative stocks tend to do when there is a lack of news flow. So how is management going to keep the market and its investment base updated on its progress so that the company can keep us all interested.
