Rifici I prefer to focus on this section of the paragraph. I think this is very beneficial to shareholders. This is the best deal they could do at this point in time and it gives PRR $$ to move forward with their plans and secure more favourable funding in the future when the risk/reward ratio improves if trials progress well.

Example: Prr is trading at 50cents. A $20M placement is made to xyz at 40 cents per share. 50M shares are added to PRR' shares on issue. PRR use the proceeds to pay back SpringTree. Effectively they have issued 50M shares to xyz in favour of issuing 273M shares to SpringTree????
A placement of $25.5M at current prices would have been an unfavourable outcome for shareholders, this is an excellent deal IMO.
