boiler, i am not going to get into a fight with you again, but i think that your analysis of the possibility of repaying SpringTree $20 million (or whatever) through a placement at 40 cents is most likely to be an impossibility.
Springtree is never going to have more than a few hundred thousand dollars of notes outstanding as they will be continually being repaid in ordinary shares. (every month effectively)
What SpringTree then does with these shares is up to them. However, unless they are successful in raising some more money into SpringTree they will have no choice but to sell them into the market pretty quickly.
