Questions for the next podcast-assuming it goes ahead

I wonder what vacuous, supposedly “most asked questions” we'll be served in the next investor podcast — assuming it goes ahead?

Let me offer a few questions that might actually reflect shareholder sentiment right now:

    • Why hasn’t the company released the recording of the 2025 AGM?

    • Why was there no shareholder consultation prior to releasing the highly sensitive redomiciling announcement?

    • If the board genuinely feared a leak regarding the redomicile, why wasn’t a trading halt used — the most standard ASX remedy for that exact situation?

    • Why has there been no clarification issued to reconcile the contradictions between what was said at the AGM and what was previously released to market?

    • Why is BrainChip the only ASX tech company that consistently avoids using the ASX to communicate non-price-sensitive but important updates about its technology and partnerships?

    • Why were major achievements, such as the Akida-powered card or FPGA demo of Akida 2.0, not disclosed via ASX channels when comparable companies routinely announce far less?

    • Why does management continue to cite shareholder feedback as “noted,” yet no tangible improvement in investor relations, communication, or transparency is ever evident?

    • Why does the board appear tone-deaf to the mounting concern about the LDA Capital funding structure and the implications for long-term shareholder value?

    • Why do direct shareholder inquiries — some of them detailed, constructive, and respectfully submitted — continue to go unanswered or receive only templated acknowledgements?

    • Why was the US$9,000,000 bookings target for CEO Sean Hehir — which directly affects his RSU entitlements — only disclosed verbally at the AGM? Why was this material number withheld from the formal ASX Notice of Meeting and not made available to shareholders ahead of voting on the resolution?

    • At the AGM, it was stated that the company had engaged lawyers to review how BrainChip uses the ASX platform. Now that a full month has passed, what advice has been received and more importantly, how is that advice being implemented? Shareholders expect to see some evidence of progress, especially given the longstanding communication issues.

Shareholders deserve real answers — not staged Q&A fluff dressed up as engagement. If management truly wants to build trust and support ahead of any redomicile, it starts with treating its owners like partners, not passengers.

Tony Dawe and the board, please take note!
