Great post B well covered, Id also go a little further on the lack of ASX disclosure as Chairman Viana cannot just wave away the issue with the 'blame me its down to my conservatism' bulltish. Thats clear admission he and the company have not been properly disclosing Brainchip news to the ASX at least since he's been Chairman.
The question is what process did they have in place prior to the AGM for determining asx announcements. Why did a single director the Chairman have the final decision and what exactly are they going to do to rectify now this failure has been admitted by Viana, because frankly its been just more of the same since.my opinion
