The current board have no relationship with holders, they have no regard to their investors and worst part of the story they cannot find anyone better than us either. So the disconnect between the management and holders is widening with each passing day. Look at the results of agm this time remuneration report cannot pass through, last years it was a strike and if nothing happens upto next agm I assume a broad split is coming.
As a long term holder we all are worried and the mangement is stubborn at best.
I cannot imagine such a highly paid professionals have no knowledge about public dealing. Even a director of PR is not good for what he is hired for!!
