Hi Geos,
Your last sentance says it all and is more likely the case. This is certainly the case in the mining sector I'm invloved in. Cut numbers by 30% and the work has to go somewhere and it's all down to the lower ranks. You would think in these boom times they would be putting a few more on. In the scheme of things wou'd think that another 1/2 million is wages for a few people would pay dividends in a short time..
