Q. What are Ingram and other resellers actually selling now? We don’t make ohms and sense any more. So is it wattwatchers and lifx bulbs as sensors? Surely many buildings don’t have compatible sockets? Does that mean another year of “training” resellers? New Lifx products were mentioned on the CEO report. Will these be cheap office lights to make the ohm sensors in them a viable option?

January 31st 2019 DM claimed that despite the proposed Lifx acquisition “no investor should mistake this sentiment with the notion that management is anything other than completely and totally focused on the growth and progress of the sales of Buddy Ohm“.

Now in the CEO letter of April 2019 “Accordingly, the Buddy Board of Directors have taken the view that in order to achieve our targets for 2019, we must invest as much as we can in LIFX’s growth and accelerate their path to profitability, while streamlining our investment in Ohm in accordance with the guidance we’ve given the market.”

Why do Buddy continue to make misleading statements that are subject to change almost immediately? How can the CEO be taken seriously when he constantly changes his outlook? Shareholders deserve better.
