McDonald's in particular was potentially a multi location opportunity. That was made clear in the announcement at the time.
Nestle was a one off.
Irrespective of that, if the product was any good, those companies and others would roll it out to other sites if there was a tangible benefit.
Right now, OHM is a solution that does little to fix a problem that may or may not exist in the eyes of those handing over the money.
