    - do a 'transformative' deal to give you your next green shoot story
    - shoot a scapegoat
    - make new 'green shoots' ceo the group ceo in 6-18 months
    - parachute up to exec chairman, former chairman leaves board

    thats the way to maximise legal severability vs previous issues, continue to max out your economic earnings + give you teflon protection vs any failure of your next green shoot
