I believe ohms failure is actually 100% human rather than tech. Totally incompetent sales team and from what I understand Buddy were useless at following up customers after trials etc. even customers who have the product and expressed an interest in getting more were ignored. This is a fact.

I don’t doubt there was a load of interest in ohm and it was deployed in hundreds of sites worldwide, just a total failure in “execution” by those that said it was the focus in 2018.
