They have not stated what the revenue target is for the Buddy Ohm + Buddy Cloud businesses, but the statement below includes costs from the Buddy Group, therefore less than $1.2m, maybe $0.75m per quarter by end of CY19 ?

We have reduced our cost base for Buddy Platform and Buddy Group down to A$1.2M per quarter.

In my opinion the staff at Lifx are going to have to work hard to save BUD.
