You are right, if a pricing war commenced in this sector then LIFx would be stuffed as LIFx have zero capacity to respond. Adding additional colours to their bulbs will not do it. Phillips, Osram, GE etc will destroy any small player if this sector proves to be worth while. It is a simple way to look at it, but this is the reality when you play in a market with huge incumbent players. Best outcome is for LIFx to be acquired by one of the big boys. Issue here is LIFx have not really done anything that remarkable or that can be protected against competition. Makes it very hard to remain relevant. IMO
