Thank you to both Holdtight and Dreadpirate for confirming Dave has acted fraudulently. He has consistently given guidance that Buddy’s target was 70-100% yoy revenue growth. You two now said that was in fact never his target. You both claim he decided to change Lifx strategy from selling lights at a loss in the December qtr to inflate revenue, to now only selling at a profit. That means considerably less revenue and it was in fact that strategy that meant the 70% revenue growth wouldn’t be hit and not the two major deals he claimed he needed to land. He has deceived shareholders once again with his lies and you have both proven it.
I remind the major shareholder who made me a promise on September 26th, you would issue a sect249d to remove DM if he did not deliver the Dec qtr.
