For your reference, based on BUD's history, "in negotiations" means 1 to 6 months, "in advanced negotiations" means 6 to 12 weeks, "imminent" or "in formal documentation" means 6 to 12 weeks. I expect the Asian telco will be settled in this month, but it's still the beginning of the month. An honest disclosure: I too made a loss with BUD, but not a big one in percentage terms. I closed most of my BUD positions in December, leaving only a small number just to be eligible for the next SPP. My take of the situation is that BUD requires funding in this March quarter. Meanwhile it'll take longer time for them to land the deals. You need to leave out your emotions when making investment decisions. I wish you all the best with your future endeavors.
