    1) Is the clause allowing exit after the interim analysis in the Cephalon/Teva contract standard fare, or does it reflect poor negotiating skills and inexperience on Mesoblast's behalf?
    2) Should we be worried that existing and future contracts will contain such clauses and create repeat situations?
    3) Is Mesoblast a mature enough company with enough corporate nous and experience to be able to deal with potential partners (eg Celgene) or investment banks (JPM, CS) without being ripped off and taken advantage of?

    I don't know the answer to these questions, and my feelings about the science (that it is highly speculative but may pay off big time) are unchanged at this point.
