I have no idea which broker is buying at 20 cents as I also don't know who is selling at 20 cents.

I do see the T+3 report so I know what beneficial seller/buyer is sellin/buying but Im not sure I entirely understand the reason for yoyr question?

Yes the Chines have credit ratings..., different from ours but nevertheless they do havce ratings.

We are confident on SS&T providing the funds if that is what you mean.
