    I can't make it, but I would ask them what the story is with stealthily changing reporting metrics around February to be based on transactions instead of deliveries.

    One would assume that "transactions" include more things than a delivery. It's suspicious because thier bonuses were always dependant on a certain amount of deliveries, not transactions.
